Charlotte Tilbury launches more Pillow Talk products!

If you’re a fan of the iconic Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk or the Pillow Talk Luxury Eyeshadow Palette from Charlotte Tilbury, then prick up your ears! The brand recently announced that they are expanding the Pillow Talk universe with a slew of new products that will satisfy all your bougee rose-gold fantasies! From blush, to eyeshadow, to lipstick, to highlighter and more, this new collection offers deeper, more intense shades to flatter darker skin tones. It’s the Pillow Talk we all know and love, just more dramatic.

You may or may not know by now that I’m a hugggeee fan of the original lipstick, as well as the 4-pan eyeshadow quad that came out a few years ago. I’ve written about them in many earlier blog posts – as well as other CT products – that I’ll link below if you want to know my thoughts in more detail. Without a doubt, the prices of their products are amazing but so is the quality, in my humble opinion. So if you’re in a “treat yourself” kinda mood, go into your nearest Sephora and have a play. (But if you are on a budget I’ve included a lot of lower-cost alternatives in the posts linked below, so don’t sleep on them!)

In today’s post, I wanted to give you a quick overview of all the new products from this collection. Most of them are already available for sale on the Tilbury website (I’ll include links of course), but a couple are set to launch only next month. I’ll then briefly discuss what I think about this new launch.

Just to clarify – I have not tried anything from this new collection so I cannot speak to anything specific beyond what is available online and on social media. Also, most of the bullet points below are taken verbatim from the Tilbury website.

MY THOUGHTS

Of course, I think it’s great that Charlotte Tilbury has brought out more Pillow Talk products for medium and deeper skin tones. However I probably won’t be picking up much, if anything, from this collection. Nothing is really tempting me or calling out to me at the moment, but perhaps that may change if I see the products in person – who knows. I’m pretty content with the original Pillow Talk Lipstick as I think it’s perfect for my light skin tone, so I’ll likely pass on the new shades. If you read my latest anti-wishlist from this month, you’ll know I included the Instant Eye Palette on there. While it looks totally gorgeous, I just don’t need it in my collection. I have to have some self-restraint, right?!

That being said, I am a bit intrigued by the new Beauty Light Wands; I’ve always wanted to try out her cream highlighter formula. I’m a huge fan of the Hollywood Flawless Filter, so if the finish is anything like that I’ll be a very happy camper! I’d definitely want to swatch them in-store before buying though.
