I present this month’s dose of social media inspiration! If you’re new to my blog, this is part of a larger series wherein every month I pull Instagram images that I personally find to be really beautiful and eye-catching. And then of course, I share them with you all. It’s no surprise that I follow mainly beauty accounts (whether they be brands, bloggers, publications, etc), but I do like to throw in one or two “wildcard” images just to keep things interesting.
I hope you enjoy this month’s list, and get a bit inspired as well!
Don’t you just love @love_amika packaging? I do! First off, that always grabs my attention. But I really love just how untouched this image looks. (By that I mean unfiltered.) Don’t get me wrong, I love those beautiful editorial product shots that most brands do too (some are in this list), but sometimes it’s good to see just a good ‘ole snapshot, you know? Also, I recently tried the Perk Up Dry Shampoo and it’s amazing stuff! Absorbs oil really well and leaves no white or grey cast in your strands.
I’ve been following @aerin (as in Aerin Lauder, Estee’s granddaughter) on Instagram for a while now, and lemme tell you, that woman is all class! But when I saw this image she posted showing a spread of treats from a recent meeting she held, it made me chuckle. McDonald’s Aerin, really? I don’t believe for a second that Aerin Lauder eats anything from McDonald’s, or has even seen the inside of a McDonald’s in her life. But I love this image nonetheless! I personally would love to attend a meeting where a spread like this is served, wouldn’t you?
I’ve mentioned on here many times before that I’m such a fan of stick makeup when you want or need to do your face up very quickly. So that’s what initially attracted me to this image from blogger and beauty enthusiast Claire who runs the account @bright.young.darling on Instagram. (Her account is amazing, go follow her!) But then I looked at the composition of the photo, and I loved it even more. It’s like having double or triple vision, but in a good, non-dizzying way! This is not your standard flatlay that you frequently see on Instagram, so I really appreciate the creativity here.
Isn’t this just the coolest? The cascading white against the dark blue background; I just love it. And I love @belifusa as well! I started using The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb last year after getting a sample from Sephora, and it’s one of my favorite moisturizers now after the Clinique Moisture Surge.

Texture, texture, texture! I absolutely love it. And the colors in this image…swoon! I swiped this from the @cultbeauty Instagram account, and here they are promoting some glowy primers and radiance boosting products from the brand Farsali. I just want to slap it all on my face!
If you’ve read my posts for a while, you’ll know I love a bit of @flowerbeauty. I think they do really good quality products for very reasonable price points. This image is promoting one of their newer products, the Petal Pout Lip Mask, which I have not tried but that really doesn’t matter. I saw this image and I just thought to myself, clean and fresh. I love the overall brightness of the colors here, and for that reason it feels like a very happy image (for risk of sounding very Bob Ross about it).

Don’t we all need a little positivity and love? Simple and to the point, which I like. (On a side note, I so wish I spoke French fluently! I think it’s the most beautiful Romance language.) If you don’t know who @violette_fr is, she is the Global Beauty Director for Estee Lauder.
Don’t tell me you don’t look at this and at least crack a smile! It’s one of the funniest, cutest images I’ve seen in a while from the #labsofinstagram group. I just wonder how long the little puppy stayed buckled into the seat like that! If you need a smile, a laugh, or a warm feeling on a bad day, be sure to check out this group!
What Instagram images have you loved or been inspired by lately? I’d love to know!
